Treatment Methods

Joint manipulation, manual therapy, and active exercise are the cornerstones of Dr.  Brower's approach.  Each are utilized to restore muscle and joint function, movement coordination, strength, and stability to affected body regions.  The treatment provided is always based on the individual's needs and values, combined with clinical experience and current evidence to determine the best course of care.  A diverse use of many methods are employed based upon each person's unique presentation, including McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, Graston Technique, Dry Needling Therapy, Motion Palpation Institute strategies, and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS).
